We want an Apple Pay method because not all the banks in Qatar can purchase on the application.

I am very disappointed because I am waiting for my refund 3 months, I tried to contact the customer service and no action at all

It operates very slowly and crashes a lot. I’ve been trying to register for the Share point program and it keeps giving me error!

Very very very bad not easy to use

Please fix the “Add to Wallet” feature. I used to be able to add my tickets to my Apple Wallet which helps me track my schedule for the day. Now I can’t. It gives me errors

Fantastic Application and very responsive However the “Wallet Error, There was a problem loading your pass, please try again later” issue has been going on for 3 months, I’m unable to save my tickets on my wallet application. I’ve tried everything on my end to fix this issue, but it seems to be an issue from the Vox cinemas application itself, please fix this issue. Thank you

التطبيق معطَّل طوال الوقت ، لا يعمل

حجزت فلم قبل بالضبط ١٢يوم وطلع لي ايرور لكن خصم مني وطلعلي الحجز طبيعي حصلي ظرف ودقيت على الدعم على اساس اكنسله ولا يقولون مو طالع لنا شي قلت لهم عندي رقم التحويل وكل شي دزولي استبيان اعبيه وقالوا بالكثير يومين وترجع لك فلوسك وصارلي معبيه ورافع طلب استرجاع ١٢ يوم وكل يومين ادق عليهم اول ٦ايام يقولون الحين بنعيد نرفعه وال٦ ايام الثانيه يقولون انه قعد يشتغلون ، اقسم بالله تجربة فاشله وحرام الواحد يضيع فيها فلوس وفيه الف بديل غير هالسينما وافضل منها

I don’t recommend poor quality service for refund I had to chase them to credit into my box account with continuous promises that it’s already credited and was nothings happened and later when I asked for a senior service manager I received an attitude a low road conversation which made me so mad and the manager same thing till I mentioned I’m recording this call with you

In ajman city center vox cinema, they have the worst place, they deal with the customer with as if i am an enemy 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

Can’t even log-in

This app is SPAMMY, sends you UNWANTED RANDOM ADVERTISEMENTS, GIVES YOU NO OPTION FOR DISABLING THOSE SPECIFIC TYPES OF NOTIFICATIONS. Developers need to learn, and accept that their app is intrusive and obtrusive.

If u wanna get card offers it’s a heal to make it nothing it’s easy, no direct access to card offers or set up of payment. I don’t wanna use this app anymore until the so some important improvements

Although I have been a loyal customer for so long, I never receive promotions on this account?!!!

Any customer service that requires you to do the work that they could do in a millisecond with their records deserves no more than a single star (if that).

Not the first time but the app has technical issues now a days, tried on multiple iPhones and PC website sometimes some options and even Bank Offers option gets totally missing, which delays booking and I lose a day

I tried to add a voucher when I was going to book for a movie but the process didn’t complete!

Every time i order through the app it doesn’t show in it ever since the cinema opened after being closed because of corona and I'm having this problem i even talked to staff in their but the problem remains to this day

انا اذهب للسينما كثير لماذا لايوجد كوبونات خصم، الاسعار مقارنة بدول الخليج اغلى بكثير.

Your conditions are not clear and transparent in the mobile app. And to book the seats is a nightmare, because the dots are so tiny and difficult to click on and make ones choice.

I booked 3 theater tickets, paid over 500Qr, just to find the booking had an error and I was not credited back. They do not have a reachable customer service by social media, email or phone. Not sure how will I get my money back.
