Better than the previous app which rarely worked. This current one partially works, each time I fire this app is like flipping a coin. Please test your apps before publishing them and please manage your Quality Control better.

This app is terrible.

The app is very slow, complicated and always crashing. Loved your cinemas, but not the app. Keep it simple and less overloaded.

This app is total garbage. Also, recently, all it appears while loading the app is this so called application error. A fully red screen with a dismiss option and thats it. App does not work saying its in development. Please fix this. Its very bad and has no user privacy too.

If i delete the app then reinstall it, then how to sign in to my account???? The app ask me to register with new account

Typical quality by this company. The app hasnt been update in like forever and doesnt support the new iPhone six plus. Not to mention the buggy performance that require serious tweaking.

Oops something went wrong message is shown each time. Each section takes forever to load and then just shows an error. Crappy app.

Same issue from more than a year now!! Cant book through the app with my credit card ! Customer service called me a few times to rate there service and I explained the problems , unfortunately there calls are just a waste of my time !!

Plzzzz guys fix the app its miserable it crashes i cant check a movie i cant buy tickets whats going on

You need to register to see showtime for the Cinema.

This app is useful in no way as it gets stuck all the time and does not fix even when restarted or reinstalled. I suggest using the browser instead.

"Add to passbook" option does not work

The app pages of Oman cinemas is very bad in use.. All the time we try to book online but i dose not complete and shows that the process is failed i tried many time from different smartphones but still the same most if the time

Your app would be near flawless it doesnt start auto locating the nearest cinema which for some reason is always Mirdiff city center even if i happen to be near Deira City Center or Mercato mall. And once we choose a cinema and are looking up show times & movies; navigating back resets it to Mirdiff City center. Please make sure it remembers our search preference in a specific cinema, i shouldnt be selecting cinema-movie-showtime again just to choose a different show time if seats are full, why does going back reset everything. Also please fix passbook support, it stopped working im ios 8.4 please ensure its ios9 ready. And make your app more stable it has a habit of crashing on the weekend or when a major release is out on the weekend.

This app has been very bad for couple of months now! Please fix it

Stuck all the time Cant buy any tickets if you use the promotional credit cards. If you choose the seats it gives you zero value to be paid!! If you skip the promo you will get full amount as 120 aed for each ticket. I returned my cash several times and I lost my chances to watch a movie coz of this miserable app!! Transactions menu got stuck all the time cant see the movies you have bought as staff asks always for reference number , which was not even received by email. Just have a look at novo cinema app and learn !! Its way way better than this poor thing . Thats my opinion , hope for better.

Click on movie and go back, you have to change the location again!!! And swiping the one movie to another takes ages! And it wont open so easily ! Over all experience is really bad !

Very good app but Location always Mardif Cant buy tickets Cant update it for some reason Please fix it

Even if you somehow can get this app to book your tickets, you get charged and... Error. So no tickets and no money.
