VOX Cinemas App App Reviews

This is a terrible app with many bugs that have not been fixed. It is slow to open and operate, crashes and freezes, and charges the credit card even when the transaction is not complete due to crash.

The new app has been improved a lot. Pleasant design and Seamless ticket booking. But, unable to retrieve booked ticket from the app as well as the message notification is gone as well. Apple Passcard could have been used for the same. Thanks God, I took a screenshot before closing the payment confirmation screen. Serious misstep from developers. Please look at some great ticket apps for workflow.

Need to login every time even if u creat user at the time of payment it crash and no history of payments

Very bad application ! It keeps logging out if you want to look at the movies of a particular cinema. I was never able to book tickets online ! It is slow too. Stupid app !

Worst app ever. For a multi million dollar company all across the Middle East, you would think they would develop an app that works! Sometimes it is faster to drive to the movies and check whats playing than to actually load this thing. Instead of spending all your time trying to develop your VIP and VVVVVIP products, work on fixing this app lookalike.

Every time I purchase tickets I cannot add the tickets to passbook. I try to click on the "add to passbook" but nothing happens. This bug needs to be fixed.

Total disaster and disappointment. Refresh the screen and exits to the main menu every 2 seconds. No chance to select and buy tickets in app. Removed.

I cant blv you didnt add Oman. Its there on ur website how come you forgot to put it here. The mobile number not valid . Really stupid thing from ur side where is the technology as if you have million countries loool

Great App compared to the previous one but dead slow and keeps giving the Oops message. I hope u update and fix all glitches and maybe upgrade the hardware to handle more load. Ill give 5 stars but only 2 because its almost useless if I cant browse anything.

Home screen where the movie posters are displayed always gets stuck and you cant scroll to navigate. Also Application crashes from time to time especially when trying to check the movie listing. Make sure you buy the tickets of the correct cinema as due to poor navigation you might select a movies in another country!

Terrible app navigation. Touch wont work properly. Need to press a hell lot for selecting an option. And, after all this, payment goes invalid always. Worst ever. Better go in queue.

You really need to fix this bugs .. We cant use this app with 3G or 4G .. Its only working with Wi-Fi and it have too much bugs .. The old updates was better than the new updates.
