VOX Cinemas App App Reviews

I think they are not paying attention to the app even though most of the ppl avoid the queuing and they try to buy the tickets on the app. Please fix the app as this will reduce the queuing time which u cant managed that either.

This is a terrible app with many bugs that have not been fixed. It is slow to open and operate, crashes and freezes, and charges the credit card even when the transaction is not complete due to crash.

Adding purchased tickets to Passbook does Not work!

As awesome as the screens are, the app should be equally awesome too!

Please remove it from apple store, it a waist of time. It doesnt work all the time

Read so much reviews that App doesnt support Wallet App after update. I also add a review before but developers doesnt seem to care about updating it.

Why Vox beirut city Centre not listed in the app ??????

I activated my Credit card just to avail the previledge of my carc, but buying ticket online is just a waste of time! Please upgrade your server! Windows 95 is just so primitive! Arrgg!

Passbook is not working if you are on ios9

This application owners decide to stop showing the Vox cinema in Lebanon, even I tried for 6 months asking them to fix this bug, STILL its 2016 and nothing changed

This app was last updated in June! Thats 6 months ago. VOX you need to read the reviews. Following are the issues: - movie scrolling on the homepage doesnt work, keeps getting stuck - passbook integration not working - app crashes every now and then - location based cinema selection is inaccurate The developers need to fix the first two issues urgently. 6months and counting is a long time to wait for an app update.

This is the worst app ever for a cinema. Vox has never had a decent app. This latest app is constantly reloading and changing movie theater locations. I cant even give it 1 star.

I have never seen an app so bad it keeps crashing changing. Theatres. Makes the experience of booking an online movie terrible and frustrating.

Finally! A lovely app experience out of all the cinema apps in the UAE. Well done VOX :)

I dont like this new updated version, old one was much easier and user friendly! Now I cant even see the bank credit cards that give me chance to get one ticket free.. Anyway too complicated
